Robin started with the insurance industry 20+ years ago as a receptionist. She then worked her way up to being a personal and commercial lines Account Manager where she has found her niche. Robin believes that you always have to do the right thing for your customers; they always come first.
Some of Robin’s best skills are that she is an excellent listener and detail-oriented, which allows her to ask the right questions and obtain the information needed to streamline and meet the needs of her customers. Robin thrives on a challenge and is not afraid to figure out a difficult situation and putting the customer's needs first.
Some of Robin’s favorite hobbies include trivia, traveling, and watching her teenagers play sports. Robin is married and has two children, Emma and Parker.
